Function Prices

Classes will not need to hire the bar just the hall area and this will be given at a reduced rate. The average evening function will start at 7 and the price will include both the bar and the hall. All day functions are welcome prices are on request.

Below are the prices for the function room (Prices are correct as from 1st January 2008 and are subject to change)

Evening Functions

Bar and Hall....... 7 P.M – 11 P.M

•  Bar closes at 11 P.M

•  Disco finish 11.30 P.M

•  All out 12 P.M

Members £150.00

Non Members £200.00

For an Additional £50.00 you can:

•  Have the bar till 12 A.M

•  Disco Finish 11.30 P.M

•  All out 1 A.M

Hourly rate for Children's parties £25.00

Hourly Rate for other Afternoon Hire (Bar on request) £30.00

Hourly Rate for classes £10.00

Staff

All functions with the bar will be staffed with adequate staff depending of the number of people coming and the type of function.

Music

You are welcome to organise your own music but if you want one less thing to organise we have an excellent resident D.J for hire. He will contact you prior to your event to discuss your music requirements.

Resident D.J from £250.00

Food

There is a fee for bringing your own food of £30.00 and you can use our kitchen facilities for an extra £20.00. If you do not want to worry about the food our manager offers a fantastic selection of catering click here to find out more.
